Only the very brave have taken on the infamous K2 Mountain Burger at Mrs. Riches Restaurant in Nanaimo.
There’s regular hamburgers and then there’s the K2 Mountain Burger! Two pounds of beef is just the tip of the mountain with this monstrous creation with piles of ham, cheese, bacon strips, two fried eggs, heaps of lettuce, a whole tomato, onions, pickles and mayo on a stacked high monster-sized bun.
